I'm coach Ryan, I’ve been a coach for 10 years, and worked with thousands of amazing clients and one of the most important things I’ve learned is, the key to success is changing the programming on what is driving your behavior.
I've helped  clients lose 100+ pounds, rehab from injuries to eliminating self-sabotage holding them back from getting what they want.

Unlimited Access to Small Group personal Training:

Small group personal training at APF is the closest style of training to personal training as a class setting in the area. The sessions include strength training, conditioning and mobility. Our members love this service because they get personalized modifications to work around injuries, the workouts are low impact, don't involve excessive cardio and they don't feel like they are just another number in a typical class.

Semi-Private personal training session

This is our version of one-on-one personal training. Traditional personal training can be expensive. At APF, we believe that elite training shouldn't just be for the rich. Our semi-private approach offers you the same individualized workouts tailored to your goals, but for half the cost and with way more scheduling flexibility. Your training sessions will be with a small group of (up to) three other members. This intimate size allows for the same personalized coaching you'd get with traditional one-on-one training, along with the chance to meet new people. Since its cheaper, you can work out more often and get faster results.
